This group supports the following objectives –

Pursue cultural, social, sports and educative activities reflecting India’s heritage for the well-being of the members

Provide a forum for local business and industrial communities as well as the local community at large, for interaction – through participation in the above activities or other forms of interaction – to enhance and enrich their knowledge and understanding of Indian culture, traditions and customs, which are beneficial to Indo-Swedish business and trade.

Provide a forum and opportunity for visiting Indian business and industrial people to interact with their potential partners in Västerås, through participation in the above activities.

To function as a social platform for the people of Indian origin in Västerås to express themselves culturally and socially at the same time use this platform to learn the way of life in Sweden and aim at a better and successful integration with the Swedish society
